The Fashionbazzar have 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The following conditions must be included for return:
- The product must be unworn or unused
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
- The product must be returned with a return shipping label, manuals, receipts, or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
What is the restocking and return fee?
There is no restocking fee and return shipping cost.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Send an email to email@example.com and inform:
- Product’s name;
- Request number;
- Email registered at purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF THERE IS ONE.
Once all questions regarding the product return have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product, and we will refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through the My Order section or by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (+91) 913-743-3555
**Fashionbazzar reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer, which may include having verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days for All Domestic and International orders in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after our courier partner has picked up the product.
How much Amount can you take as a change for processing?
We will refund all amounts to customers for any Domestic and International orders. We didn’t take any processing charge.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange through my order section or the customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders from any country. Our team will try to help you with size exchanges and alterations, subject to availability. If the size you requested is unavailable, we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Fashionbazzar?
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 0-2 days of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on ‘Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of https://fashionbazzar.co.in/ and following the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–
You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
You must send us an image of the original labels and tags along with the invoice.
